Our main strategy for providing a better service with more quality and satisfying our users is acting for them. We’re always looking for user feedback and opinions to improve our service and we regard all the feedback in our future plans.
One of the best ways to collect user feedback and opinion is an online survey and we want to provide online surveys on a regular basis for our future decisions and management plans.
As we have passed the initial steps in Waegis launch in the past 10 days, we decided to start with our first survey that addresses some main questions about general opinions about spam filtering methods, such an online spam filter service and our pricing strategies.
There is no doubt that the results of this survey have an important role in our future plans for Waegis at least for the next three months.
So please take a moment and pass this survey with 10 questions and let us know what do you think and what’s your case. There are some questions with single answers as well as a few questions with multiple answers. All the questions require your answers so please leave at least one answer for each question.
Please note that our first survey will be available until Monday 28th July 2008. We will publish our collected results publicly to let you know about them.
